James A. Godin

James A. Godin is a graduate of the University of Scranton, receiving a B.S. in Accounting. Thereafter, he attended the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he received his law degree and was then admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Since entering practice, Mr. Godin has tried numerous premises and auto negligence cases to verdict in the five county area. Further, Mr. Godin has extensive experience in underinsured and uninsured litigation, as well as in the filing of Declaratory Judgment actions. After years of successfully defending clients as an Associate, Mr. Godin is now a Partner in the firm.

Additionally, Mr. Godin is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
