Daniel Donnelly is an associate in Palmer & Barr's Philadelphia office. His practice concentrates on representing clients in civil litigation involving personal injury, automobile negligence, subrogation, and insurance bad faith. Before joining Palmer & Barr, Dan practiced in the Virgin Islands where he represented clients in claims involving personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and toxic torts. In addition to successfully defending clients in jury trials and arbitrations, Dan has briefed and argued numerous cases before state and federal appellate courts.
Dan is a graduate of Penn State University and Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Dan was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received the Barrister Award for outstanding performance in trial advocacy. He also interned for Appellate Section of the California Attorney General's Office.
