Brian M. Schuster is an associate at Palmer and Barr’s Willow Grove Office. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of clients in civil litigation involving automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and premises liability.
Mr. Schuster began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable James M. McMaster researching and writing on a wide variety of legal matters, including civil litigation. Thereafter, Brian practiced as an assistant public defender for the Bucks County Public Defender Office for over five years. Brian routinely handled a high-volume case load representing clients through all stages of criminal prosecution. His experience includes representing clients for jury trials.
Mr. Schuster completed his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated cum laude in Economics, B.S. He went on to attend and graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. He is barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
With his recreational time, Brian enjoys fishing, golfing, snowboarding and relaxing with his wife, daughter and dog.
