Alexandra B. Adams is an associate in Palmer & Barr’s Philadelphia office. Mrs. Adams has over 5 years of experience in civil litigation and case handling. Currently, her practice focuses on automobile liability as well as general liability. Specifically, she concentrates on special investigations, underinsured and uninsured motorist matters, personal injury protection benefits and coverage matters. She practices both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and strives to be the best advocate for her clients that she can.
Prior to joining Palmer and Barr, Mrs. Adams worked as an Assistant Defender in the Child Advocacy Unit of the Defender Association of Philadelphia. During her time in the CAU, Mrs. Adams was responsible for representing over 160 of Philadelphia’s dependent children in Dependency Court. It was her duty to ensure her clients found permanency through reunification, adoption, or independent living. Mrs. Adams also has civil litigation experience in handling bankruptcy, foreclosure, and quiet title matters.
She received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as an Executive on the Moot Court Board. Also, as a graduate of Ursinus College, Mrs. Adams gives back to her alma mater as an adjunct professor in the Politics Department. Mrs. Adams teaches trial advocacy, provides advice to pre-law students, and has coached the mock trial team for 5 years.
